My site has a yoast plugin installed and as you know by this extension you can write a meta description for each blog post.
I'm looking for a way to make the meta description automatically adapted to the language in which the post is written, for example:
1) The meta description will be:
בלוג שעוסק בנושאים הקשורים לנכות, ציבור הנכים ומאבק הנכים בישראלl
When the post is in Hebrew
(Hebrew is my first language)
2) The meta description will be:
A blog that has to do with disability, the disable community and the struggle of the disabled people in Israel
When the post is in English
3) The meta description will be:
ආබාධිත ප්රජාව, ආබාධිත ප්රජාව සහ ඊශ්රායලයේ ආබාධිතයන්ගේ අරගලය සම්බන්ධ ගැටළු සමඟ කටයුතු කරන බ්ලොග් අඩවියකි
When the post is in Sinhalese

How do I automatically adjust the meta description language to the post language?
I will note that I use polylang and: loco translate extensions to define the multilingual site I am writing.
